Conceptual Health University

The credentialing standard for the regulated economy

We primary-source verify professional credentials, anchor them tamper-evident on the master chain, and make every verification provable in your own browser. Not "trust us" — trust the math.

What we do

A credential is only as good as the proof behind it.
01 · VERIFY

Primary-source verification

We validate the issuing authority against an accredited-authority allowlist. A degree or license from a diploma mill is rejected — automatically, on the record.

02 · ANCHOR

WORM-anchored, portable

Every verified credential is written once, immutable, and anchored to the Conceptual Health master chain — a fraud-proof, portable record the holder carries.

03 · PROVE

Self-verifiable by anyone

The verifier runs clean-room SHA3-512 in your browser. You recompute the hash yourself and confirm the record is authentic — no trusted middleman, including us.

The two rails

Credentials in. Competence out.
RAIL 1 — VERIFY & ANCHOR

External credentials

You earned it elsewhere — a degree, a board license, a certification. We don't reissue it; we verify the issuing authority and anchor the credential, tamper-evident, on the chain.

  • Accredited-authority allowlist (anti-fraud)
  • Diploma mills rejected on the record
  • Signed credential written to your .orb wallet
RAIL 2 — ISSUE

Conceptual Health skill certs

Pass a CH program or exam and we issue our own signed skill certificate directly into your .orb resume — earned, certified, portable across the network.

  • CH-signed, level-scoped skill certs
  • Certified on-the-job training (OJT)
  • Feeds the competence model for every role

Why it's the standard

● provable accountability

AI capability, bounded by a credentialed human — and we can prove it.

Across the Conceptual Health network, an AI position's authority is cryptographically bounded by, and chain-attributable to, the validated competence of the accredited-authority-credentialed human who holds the seat. No qualified human in the seat? The position runs a limited base model only — the advanced, regulated capabilities stay locked.

When a regulator asks "how do you know the AI isn't operating beyond the responsible human's competence?" — the answer isn't a policy document. It's a chain you can verify: capability set ⊆ credentialed competence, every action attributable to a named, verified human. That's the standard. We can prove it.
